This simple steel stringer bridge crosses Bridge Street (MN-93) in Le Sueur.
Originally built in 1892, the bridge features a single steel stringer span. The bridge was built as a three track wide structure. The entire structure sits on concrete abutments.
The western span was removed, while the eastern was removed at the time of raising. These lightweight beams utilize a four beam pattern. The nearby bridge over Grove Street uses the exact same design. The use of concrete on an 1892 bridge is unheard of, however abutments have been known to be rebuilt.
Overall, the bridge appears to be in fair condition. Minor deterioration can be found on the bridge. The bridge was raised in November of 2017, after repeated truck strikes.

The author has ranked the bridge as being locally significant, due to the common design.
The photo above is an overview. The author intends to photograph this bridge more soon.
